LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders will not be replaced.
• All orders come with a tracking number. Please ensure the correct mailing address, including apartment or unit number, is entered at checkout.
• If you will not be home, you may request that your package be held at your local post office or request signature confirmation to ensure delivery is made directly to you.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• Our product are fully inspected before shipment. Due to hygiene standards, All sales are final- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.
• Custom units, revamps, pre-ordered items, ready-to-ship/ pre-made wigs are final sale and cannot be refunded.
• Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to reach out before ordering-we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect fit.
• In the rare event that a mistake occurs on our end (such as receiving the wrong item), we take full responsibility and will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. In this event, you must reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Contact us at info@fabmystrand.com we will do our best to resolve any concerns.
• For ready-to-ship/ pre-made wigs, please carefully review the full product description before purchasing, including cap size, length, texture, color, and all specifications.
• Customers are fully responsible for confirming all specifications before completing their purchase.
• When placing a custom order, please provide accurate measurements to ensure a proper fit.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue an immediate refund if communication becomes disrespectful, degrading, confrontational, or unprofessional. SHIPPING TIME

• Once your unit is complete, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Shipping.
• Domestic shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, while international shipping may take 10–15 business days depending on location.
• A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package location and expected delivery date.
PROCESSING TIME

• Custom Units: Current processing time is 3–7 business days. Orders may take up to 14 business days during peak season. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
• Ready-to-Ship (On-Hand Units): Orders placed before 5 PM are available for delivery within 3 days.
• Provide Your Own Hair Units: Current turnaround time is 3–7 business days.
• Revamp Units: Current turnaround time is 3–7 business days.
